Life Coaching
is a series of confidential conversations with a highly
trained professional. You can use life coaching to
help you make decisions and changes in your personal
or professional life.
As your
life coach I am not here to give you all the right
answers or tell you how to run your life. By asking
you all the right questions, however, I will enable
you to find your own answers, even if you think you
haven’t got any. Unlike your friends, colleagues and
family, I can be completely objective.
Coaching can be face
to face or over the phone. Sessions are 50 minutes
long and usually happen once a week for as long as
you feel you need them. You can also contact me between
the sessions via email.
